You can check the refund status anytime in your Customer Portal under Order History → Refund Details.


What to Do if Your Refund Has Not Arrived

If the refund has exceeded the standard processing time, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Refund Status
    Check the status in your customer portal to confirm whether the refund has been issued.

  2. Check With Your Bank
    Contact your bank or payment provider and inquire about pending refunds—sometimes they can confirm if a refund is in queue.

  3. Review Your Payment Method
    Ensure that the card or account originally used is still active.

  4. Contact SeoulStyle Boutique Support
    If you still cannot locate your refund, reach out to our support team via the Help Center. Provide your:

    • Order number

    • Email address

    • Proof of return (if applicable)

    • Any communication from your bank
